While not technically in Dublin Ranch, one of the most exciting things to happen in our community is currently being built and is set to open for the 2012 holiday season. Paragon Outlets specialize in high-end outlet malls that become shopping destinations, and the Livermore Outlets are no exception. Big names like J. Crew, Sak’s “Off 5th,” Neiman Marcus “Last Call,” Nike Factory Store, Barney’s New York Outlet, and Banana Republic Factory Store are but a few of the stores rumored to be coming.
The center itself will be a total of eight buildings and over 540,000 square feet sitting on 42 acres. Construction is expected to cost an estimated $162,000,000. Incredibly, despite the recession, Paragon has said that before the center even broke ground more than 60% of the space was leased. Residents of Dublin Ranch homes will certainly have a fantastic shopping destination within easy driving distance!
