The 40 acre park located at Tassajara Road between Central Parkway and Gleason Drive has everything one could want from a neighborhood park. From a playground for the little ones, (including areas to let them play in the water), baseball, softball and soccer fields, a lighted skateboard park, a lighted tennis court and a lighted basketball court, and of course, small & group picnic areas.

Greeting visitors to the park at the corner of Tassajara and Central is a gorgeous water fountain (pictured below); with seating around its perimeter, we here at Dublin Ranch Lifestyle find it a great place to take our laptops to do some work, or to take a good book to read and relax.

Currently under development, the Fallon Sports Park will surely delight the souls of the young, and the young-at-heart.

Designed to get you and yours out of the house, possible features will include softball fields, childrens' play areas, group picnic facilities, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, a BMX track, bocce ball courts, fountains and reflection pools, rose gardens and, of course, a dog park.

The entire park will be about 68 acres, with the first phase being 26.5 acres. Total budget for the park is about $20,000,000. For owners of Dublin Ranch homes, this new recreational area is sure to increase the desirability of the area and, subsequently, property values.
